“Over the past few weeks/months I had been feeling quite flat, troubled with low mood and energy levels, this was becoming an issue not only for me, but also the people around me, including my child, wife and colleagues, I had tried several remedies including modern medicines and supplements with little to no result, I knew I needed to try a different approach, so last weekend I went to see Tee at Energetic Soul Healings
Upon entering the space, I was immediately struck by the calming atmosphere. Tee welcomed me warmly, taking a moment to go through my issues/recent feelings and what I might experience during the session. Once I was comfortably lying on the treatment table, Tee began the session with me holding some energetic stones, one in each hand, this followed by some deep breathing exercises and a series of light hand placements over different areas of my body. I could feel a gentle warmth and subtle energy flow through the crystals into my hands and eventually throughout my whole body.
One of the most notable parts of the experience was the way my mind slowed down. I often struggle to quiet my thoughts, but during the session, I found myself drifting into a meditative state.
